THE BRIEF:

Create the most advanced female impact protection garment for contact sports. Must be light weight, breathable, durable, innovative and offer bust and rib protection.

OUR SOLUTION:

An innovative multi-density, Polyurethane foam injection moulded garment with zip front. The garments are female specific and offer impact protection using custom moulded bust and rib padding. The patented padding design contours the body and is not visible when worn under team uniforms. Light weight protection that feels barely there and with MICROBAN anti-microbial treatment to insure the garments stay fresh while protecting hardcore elite level athletes in training and on game day.
 

OUR INVOLVEMENT:

Modulus Design completed all project research used to create an extensive report including;

- Competitor Analysis

- Technology investigation

- Various impact protection options

- Garment design for multiple categories (youth, teen, adult and elite level options)

- Development of the chosen styles including tech pack creation, sourcing of fabric & trims, recommendations for garment manufacturers

- Management of all prototype sampling

- Garment Fittings

- Management of Bulk Production Launched in January 2020 this garment is the first of its kind to be endorsed by the AFL and AFLW
