RUBBER SIDE DOWN
THE BRIEF:
In 2021, Australian start-up brand Rubber Side Down engaged our services to design and develop a unique, Australian made range of mountain bike jerseys and base layers for men, women and youth.
The key requirements included using recycled functional fabrics, that were breathable, durable and manufacturing practices that were ethical and high quality construction to create premium Australia made garments.
OUR INVOLVEMENT:
Modulus Design completed:
- Colour and print research
- Design for multiple categories (youth, womens and mens)
- Design and Manufacturing of Labels and Trims
- Co-ordination of Pattern Making
- Co-ordination of Sublimation Printing
- Development of the chosen styles including tech pack creation, sourcing of fabric & trims, recommendations for garment manufacturers
- Management of all Prototype Sampling
- Garment Fittings
- Management of Bulk Production Launched in December 2021 - January 2022
